Who I Am

I’m Matt Gregory, founder of Agile Product Mastery™ (APM) and a seasoned Agile Delivery and Product Management leader. With over two decades of experience, I’ve helped build and scale digital products and transformations across startups, enterprise programs, and regulated financial institutions.

Whether launching products used by hundreds of thousands or leading enterprise-wide change, I’ve been in the trenches where frameworks meet reality, and outcomes matter more than buzzwords.
